How to prepare mashed potatoes
Before starting, the potatoes are thoroughly washed. You can then choose to boil them using the traditional method or a pressure cooker. Personally, I prefer using a pressure cooker because it is easier and faster and doesn’t take much time, especially when using an Instant Pot.
Once the potatoes are cooked, they are peeled and mashed well. Butter and salt are then added and mixed until smooth and creamy. At this point, the mashed potatoes are ready. Next, the peas and broccoli can be boiled for just a few minutes and then set aside.
First, add olive oil to the pan, and when it’s slightly heated, add the meat cubes and start stirring quickly over medium heat until the meat turns golden brown.
Secondly, add the chopped garlic, sliced onions, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary, and continue stirring until the ingredients turn a reddish color and are ready according to your preferred level of doneness for the meat.

The beef is served piping hot, accompanied by mashed potatoes, broccoli, and peas.
