Simple Ravioli in a Different Way
Enjoy a Fresh Twist on Making Simple Ravioli
In fact, I was looking for the pelmeni mold to form the dough to try a new Russian’s recipe, but, unfortunately, at that time it was not available at the store next to me. For this reason, I carried on and made and cooked my ravioli in a different way, then, I froze the rest in plastic pack in the refrigerator

In order to use the frozen one, the next time I decide to cook it. Which will be quicker the next time I crave for it.
