<\/a>Sometimes, all we need is a recipe from any home\u2014simple ingredients but an unforgettable taste. Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite quick recipes that my mother used to make for us when we were little. Everything is put together in one tray, baked in the oven, and comes out with a warm, delicious meal, perfect for any day of the week. <\/p>\n\nIngredients for a meat and vegetable casserole<\/strong><\/p>\n\nA piece of meat (as desired)<\/p>\n\n
two chopped potatoes<\/p>\n\n
Islands section<\/p>\n\n
One large onion, sliced<\/p>\n\n
Whole garlic cloves, crushed<\/p>\n\n
One tablespoon of tomato paste<\/p>\n\n
salt<\/p>\n\n
Spices (black pepper, cumin, paprika, mixed spices) <\/p>\n\n
chopped celery<\/p>\n\n
sliced \u200b\u200bbell pepper<\/p>\n\n
boiling water<\/p>\n\n
<\/h2>\n\nHow to prepare the tray<\/strong><\/h2>\n\nChop all the vegetables and place them in an oven tray with the meat pieces.<\/p>\n\n
In a bowl, put the tomato paste and all the spices, and add a little boiling water. <\/p>\n\n
Stir the mixture well until the spices and tomato paste are completely dissolved.<\/p>\n\n
Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the baking dish.<\/p>\n\n
Cover the tray with aluminum foil, then place it in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature. <\/p>\n\n
Leave it in the oven for one to two hours (depending on the type of meat used) until it is fully cooked and browned.<\/p>\n\n
